Students are expected to fully complete the registration processes and abide by the terms and conditions set out below. Failure to do so may result in the individual being excluded from the class permanently. These conditions are set out to ensure that all students are able to fully benefit from the class session.
Students must register using the online portal and provide accurate details and maintain and update these details when changes occur. It is the responsibility of each student to provide accurate details of a functional email address that will be used for registration, enrolment and communication. Each student is responsible for ensuring that their My-Syllabus account is not shared with other people including other students. Only students who have registered, applied and accepted onto the course may attend the paid courses sessions, tutorials (if applicable) and exams. Duplicate registrations are not allowed, any issues relating to registration should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
iSyllabus Limited reserves the right to discontinue any student’s registration on the course at its discretion.
Students must have paid the specified course or agreed scholarship fee by or on the registration day for the course for which they have enrolled on. Failure to pay the specified course fee may result in the student being removed from the course.
Refunds and Transfers
Admin should be contacted at the earliest possible time informing in writing of the intention to discontinue with the course. If this is done less than 2 weeks prior to commencing the course, a full refund will be applicable minus a £50 admin charge.
If Admin is informed in writing of the intention of discontinuing the course before the first diet of exams at the end of week 6 of the courses, then a 50% refund of amount payed for course will be applicable.
Transfers from like for like courses may be possible between cities and is based on availability of spaces. Please email admin with your request for a transfer request.
Students are expected to maintain Islamic etiquettes and conduct in all interactions with fellow students, instructors, and course administrators. Students who display inappropriate behaviour or disrespect to fellow students or teachers may be removed from the course. The resulting removal may be without a refund and will result in suspension of their My Syllabus account.

When you subscribe to our mailing list by either enquiring or purchasing a course, we collect personal information which we use for a number of reasons: to tell you about events and activities you’ve expressed interest in; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to confirm that our records are correct; and to check periodically that you are satisfied with our services.
We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, Mailerlite and our own website, to deliver our news to our mailing list. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry-standard technologies, which helps us monitor and improve our communication with you.
